I have been having sports and deep tissues massages from Betty for 7 - 8 years now. I found her massages are therapeutic for muscle and joint pains and aches. The quite professional massages were a combination of deep tissue, relaxation, reflexology, aromatherapy and some Thai and Swedish massage techniques, hence, multi-modal techniques targeting muscles and tissues.

"Krisztina gave me the best massage Ive had. She firstly qualified my areas that I had concerns with, asked about my medical condition and adapted to my needs. Her technique worked my areas better than any other massage and I would highly recommend"
